Since 2017, he’s been a key bartender at the renowned Williams & Graham, and has earned accolades from Eater, Zagat, and 5280 Magazine for his standout craft and creativity. From winning local competitions to placing in national ones, James’s reputation in the cocktail world is rooted in both performance and polish.
He’s a graduate of the prestigious BAR 5-Day program, a Hubertus Circle member, and has been recognized among Denver’s best bartenders and 30 under 30 rising stars.
Now, as the founder of Whiskey Hitch, James brings that same award-winning energy, attention to detail, and hospitality-driven approach to private events—creating mobile bar experiences that elevate the entire room.
